Damaged Or Defective Goods
We can replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or wish to receive a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com. and attach images of the damaged items. The Re-Store team will assist with the process.
If you wish to return a product please get in contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org before you send anything back to us. The Re-Store team will assist you with the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods or health and personal care items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/supplier. Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
