ingredient. Whichever you choose to combine will depend on what you want to

Below, we’ve listed a couple of ingredients and placed them into their
respective categories, allowing you to select and combine according to your
skin needs, and create a lovely homemade face mask that your skin will really

🥒 Basic ingredients: cucumber, avocado, banana, milk, yogurt,
vegetable oil (olive), cream, aloe vera, honey, egg yolk.

🍏 Anti-Inflammatory mask: 1-2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp cider vinegar, 1-2
tsp pure cacao, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp turmeric.

🍅 Cleansing: 1-2 tomatoes, 1 handful strawberries, ½ -1 cubes of
yeast, 1 tbsp lemon or orange juice, 1-2 tbsp pumpkin (cooked).

🥕 Anti-aging: 1 egg white, 1 apple, 1-2 tbsp carrot juice, 1
handful grapes, 1-2 tbsp melon.

🥜 Peeling: 1 tbsp ground coffee, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp
oats, 1 tbsp ground nuts.

A few insider pointers from our team on creating a natural scrub:

  • Sugar and olive
oil is a good body scrub especially for dry skin. Olive oil works well as a
    moisturizing lotion.
  • I loved coffee
ground (used from the morning coffee) plus honey as a face scrub.
  • Oats and mashed
banana didn´t really work as a scrub. I think oats (plus banana or yoghurt) works
    better for a face mask.

And there you have it!
